Next dip them into your flour batter and coat them well with breadcrumbs. Carefully drop them into oil and deep fry until golden brown. Voila! Your cheese sticks are ready.
Note: If you have the time, keep the bread crumb coated cheese sticks in the refrigerator for about an hour before frying.

Put it in a microwave safe plate and microwave on high for about a minute at intervals. First for about half a minute, then another 15 seconds, then about 10-15 seconds. This will prevent it from getting burnt. The cookie should still be soft and it will harden upon cooling down. Once cooled, bite into your delicious chocolate cookies.
8. Mug cakes
Another quick and tasty microwave dessert are mug cakes. In a big enough mug, mix together ¼ cup maida(flour), 2tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp sugar, ¼ tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt. Once this is mixed, add ¼ cup of milk and 2tbsp of oil. Mix it to make a batter and stir in chocolate chips. Microwave for about a minute on high (approx time, differs as per microwave).
You can also make an easy microwave mug cake by crushing a packet of biscuits that you like and mixing it with milk and baking powder. Microwave this for about a minute as well and enjoy your simple mug cake!
