8. Mug cakes

Another quick and tasty microwave dessert are mug cakes. In a big enough mug, mix together ¼ cup maida(flour), 2tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp sugar, ¼ tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt. Once this is mixed, add ¼ cup of milk and 2tbsp of oil. Mix it to make a batter and stir in chocolate chips. Microwave for about a minute on high (approx time, differs as per microwave).
You can also make an easy microwave mug cake by crushing a packet of biscuits that you like and mixing it with milk and baking powder. Microwave this for about a minute as well and enjoy your simple mug cake!
