1. How Can I Refer & Earn
We encourage you to refer your friends to Zolo (your property or any other). Your referral code is simply your registered mobile number. Your friends can use this as code whenever they are placing a Booking Request.
2. Benefits
Your friends will get an instant discount on their Booking Token Amount. When your friends begin their stay at Zolo, you will receive a referral award of Rs.200 in your Zolo wallet, which you can use while making your Zolo rent payment
This is applicable only if the referral code is entered correctly on the app/web while making a booking.
3. Can I Bring My Guests to Zolo
You can always bring in your guests to stay within your Zolo.
4. Rules regarding guest accommodation:
- Guests of the opposite gender (except parents) are allowed to visit you only in the common areas
- Guests are not allowed on the Zolo premises after 8 pm
- Please book your guest’s stay via ‘Raise a Concern’ at least 7 days before their arrival
- Guests are allowed to stay overnight only after Zolo approves your request
- You would need to make payments for your guests’ overnight stay depending on the duration of stay:
- Up to 7 days: Rs. 500 per day cost to be paid
- More than 7 days: Entire month’s rent and security deposit to be paid
- Please note this per-day cost may vary depending on the specific property
- You are responsible and liable for your guest’s conduct and payments
5. Monthly Rent Policy
We have promised to pay our dues on time to our asset partners, service providers and vendors who ensure a comfortable stay for you and other customers. To keep that promise we need you to make timely payments.
All your monthly dues and rent can be paid out online via the app or website. Please pay your rent at the start of every month. For your first month of stay, rent has to be paid before check-in & for every subsequent month, rent has to be paid on or before the 7th of the respective month.
- A penalty of ₹125 plus applicable taxes per day will be applied if your rent payment is delayed beyond the 7th of the month, and this will be calculated from the 8th till 9th of the month.
- If the rent remains unpaid until 10th of the month, immediate eviction will apply. In addition to this, complete forfeiture of the deposit amount and legal action may be taken if required
In case your online payment fails, please raise a ticket via the app, and attach a screenshot with a clear description of the problem
