Yes, there is a deposit that you have to pay when booking with Zolostays. Unlike local PGs, we only require a deposit equivalent to one month's rent, which may vary depending on the property you choose. The deposit is collected solely for security reasons. Rest assured, we will return the deposit to you when you decide to leave.

After checking out the property and successfully serving the 30 days notice period, your deposit money will get refunded through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.

At Zolo we love serving our residents and when they leave it's more like a family person is abandoning our family tree. However, if you want to move-out for good, you can firstly apply for the move-out process via Zolo App or Website. Once you get confirmed, kindly handover your room keys to the caretaker. We wish you luck with your future endeavors.

If for some reason, you wish to transfer from one Zolo property to the other, you can do that through the Zolo app, wherein you need to generate an Inter Property Transfer request. Post this, you are required to choose the Zolo property you want to move-in. This can be done for any Zolo property across India. And, your rent and deposit will get adjusted according to your preferred property.
