Flexible and secure payment methods
We adopt a safe and versatile method of payment. We’ve got quite a few payment plans for the tenants. We also implemented flexible deposit amounts at certain locations and discounted online payment amounts to help people have a safe and secure place to stay at reduced rates, particularly during this period when a lot of people are struggling to pay the bills.
There are three payment options for a user: UPI, Zolo IMPS transfers & Razorpay. UPI & Zolo IMPS transfers can be currently used only by residents and they carry NO extra charge. Razorpay can be used for all processes from pre-booking to check out and come with a 1.5% extra charge. These are tough times for everyone! To ensure everyone gets a safe accommodation Zolo is waiving off 100% of pre-booking (token) amount and offering flexible deposits until things become normal.
Housekeeping
We have trained our cooking staff and housekeeping staff to work regularly with gloves and hairnets, also equipped them with protective gear to work in the kitchen, preserved the social distance as our number of persons working in the kitchen and in the dining area has decreased. All ingredients come from certified suppliers and after reaching the premises are disinfected.

All of the Zolostays properties have started to use hospital-grade disinfectants and WHO-approved cleaning agents for cleaning rooms, washrooms, and open areas in the buildings. Cleaning regularly touched surfaces such as doorknobs, taps, health faucets, flush handles, and switches, which carry the highest likelihood of the virus remaining on their surfaces, is given special attention.
