  • What happens after I book a room?

After your booking is confirmed and a bed is allocated to you by Zolo then, you have to visit the property for your KYC (Know Your Customer) details.

KYC details comprise of following documents:-

  • One original I.D. proof 
  • Passport size photo
  • Permanent Address proof
  • Current address proof
  • Bank details
  • Email address
  • Contact number
  • Professional details
  • Emergency contact number
  • Family details

After your KYC is completed, the caretaker of the property will assist you with the on-boarding process and then you can shift in the booked room.
